Search Engine Marketing Consultation – SEO & PPC
KoMarketing Associates, LLC is now offering its search engine marketing expertise in an on-demand format. This addition to our services provides an excellent alternative to the project work and monthly retainer services that we offer by allowing companies to access our services quickly, efficiently, and with targeted areas of focus.
These on-demand, phone-based services are ideal for:
- Answering very specific strategic and tactical questions
- Validating recommendations provided by other search marketing consultants
- Determining the scope of larger scale projects that are being considered by your company
- Engaging with an experienced search marketing firm to test out the expertise before engaging in larger-scale projects and/or retainer arrangments
Each of the tiers of service described below is available for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC).
Tier One: 1-Hour Phone Consultation
At this level, you will receive a one-on-one phone consultation with one of our SEO or PPC experts. This phone call can be used to discuss general SEO/PPC strategies, site-/campaign-specific recommendations, or anything else you would deem helpful.- You will have the opportunity to send notes and questions prior to the call to help us provide the most value during your call.
- We will use Webex (an online presentation tool) to ensure that all parties are looking at the same items on the screen during the call.
- The online presentation portion of the call, and the audio portion, will be recorded and provided for you after the call.
This service is billed at $300/hour.
You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your payment.
Please allow 2 - 3 days for scheduling of the call.
Tier Two: Site Review and Phone Consultation
At this level, one of our SEO or PPC experts will review your website or PPC program in-depth.
The process will start with a half-hour call to determine the focus of the review, and for us to gather some high level information about your business.
We will then provide you with a comprehensive questionnaire that will give you the opportunity to add details about your business, website goals, and past/current online marketing activities.
For PPC reviews, we will require either a series of reports that we will request, or direct access to the PPC account(s). During our first half-hour call we will work with you to determine the best way for our PPC consultant to access the data that we need to make substantive recommendations.
After the review is complete, you will receive a written PowerPoint presentation and we will conduct a one-hour phone consultation to go over the recommendations we have created for you.

- The online portion of the call, and the audio portion, will be recorded and provided for you after the call
