SocialAppsHQ Adds “Monitoring” to Its Comprehensive Social Platform

August 20th, 2012

With the addition of the “Monitoring” feature from Facebook tab developer SocialAppsHQ, marketers now have an opportunity to monitor activity by way of an all-in-one platform. The platform previously offered its “Social Planner” scheduling feature and the “Social Ads” pay-per-like service, but this newest feature could benefit marketers by providing additional social media insight.

The new “Monitoring” feature offers multiple tools for marketers with an active presence on Facebook. First, unlimited profiles can be set up to track keywords related to the user’s brands, competitors, and industries. This feature also offers a dashboard that supplies the user with social metrics and the ability to filter information based on date, channel, keywords, and sentiment; marketers can use the dashboard to explore which times of day and week posts receive the most attention.

Another benefit to the new “Monitoring” feature is that marketers can reply to posts across the web while simultaneously sending links to multiple social networks. The new feature also offers marketers the ability to find targeted customers by identifying which social profiles interacting with the brand are top social influencers, or simply by discovering new customers via interest groups.

SocialAppsHQ CEO Rajat Garg said of the new feature, “With social Monitoring live, SocialAppsHQ now offers a comprehensive, affordable, and easy-to-use social media marketing system. It’s the first free enterprise-grade product ever for the monitoring space that can be set up within 10 minutes.”

This new feature could allow social marketers to generate new leads and identify potential customers by using the analytics and data available on this platform.
